A New Chapter in Federal Employment Advocacy
LRM Law Group, PLLC is a District of Columbia professional limited liability company established in September 2026 to provide legal representation in federal employment, civil rights, and related litigation matters. Founded by LaDonna Reed-Morton, LRM Law Group was created from a simple principle: meaningful advocacy should not end merely because the administrative process has ended. For years, LRM & Associates, LLC has assisted federal employees navigating complex employment disputes, discrimination complaints, administrative proceedings, labor matters, and other challenges affecting their careers. LRM Law Group represents the next stage of that vision — creating a legal practice capable of providing attorney-led representation when matters require litigation and other legal services.
From Administrative Advocacy to the Courtroom
Federal employment disputes often begin long before a case reaches federal court. The facts developed during an EEO investigation, administrative hearing, grievance, disciplinary proceeding, or other agency process can ultimately shape the litigation that follows. LRM Law Group is being built with that continuity in mind. Our goal is to provide experienced legal counsel capable of evaluating the complete history of a matter, understanding the administrative record that preceded it, and developing an appropriate litigation strategy when judicial intervention becomes necessary.

Built With Purpose
LRM Law Group is being developed deliberately. Our attorneys will exercise independent professional judgment and provide legal representation consistent with the ethical and professional obligations governing attorneys practicing in the District of Columbia and the jurisdictions in which they are admitted. LRM Law Group, PLLC and LRM & Associates, LLC are separate business entities. Matters requiring legal representation by an attorney will be handled through appropriate engagement with LRM Law Group and its attorneys.
Current Case Acceptance
LRM Law Group, PLLC is currently accepting cases exclusively by referral from LRM & Associates, LLC. At this stage of the firm’s development, LRM Law Group is not accepting inquiries or new matters directly from the general public. Matters are considered for legal representation by LRM Law Group only after referral from LRM & Associates. This referral-based model allows LRM Law Group to provide continuity for appropriate matters that require attorney representation, including cases that may proceed beyond the administrative process and into federal court. A referral does not guarantee acceptance of a matter by LRM Law Group. Each matter is independently evaluated by the Law Group and its attorneys before an attorney-client relationship is established.
